Who we are

Spellbound Spirits believes in providing top quality drinks at very affordable prices. This has been our highest priority since our establishment. We work with local farmers, and learn from native distillates to bring you styles of liquor from all over the world. Sake from the Far East, liquors from the icy Garlemald. And now even mezcal from the New World. If there is a drink you wish for. We can probably make it.Our founder, Terence 'Trench' Corlinia and his four daughters, fled the Garlean Empire to Eorzea to seek a better life. A lucrative business man, and mechanical genius, there was nothing more that Trench wished for after a hard day of work for a cool, alcoholic refreshment. But not just any ale or lager would do, but something of high quality. But to shell out egregious prices? That would not do. So he decided to enter the brewing business with him, his daughters, and his wards. Thus creating the brewery we know today. Spellbound Spirits. After his retirement, he left the business to our trusted leader Cara Uzhas. And with her direction, we have continued the time honoured tradition of serving you, our patrons, top shelf liquor at affordable prices.

The Menu

Ales

The gateway to the Spellbound Spirits experience!

Dark Moon Stout: Hints of coffee, chocolate, hops and a honeyed sweet finished. Dark and moody for those who need something more.
Aleport Amber: Caramel notes, with a creamy, malty, and slightly hoppy flavor. For those who enjoy the simpler things in life.
Tavern Talk: A blonde ale with a light hoppy flavor, with heavy notes of orange, lemon and lime. This easy going ale will have you and your friends chatting up a storm.
Medicine Bomb: A light pale ale with a medicinal mix of lemon, honey and ginger. This slightly sweet, hoppy ale will leave your tongue with a little tingle. But it sure won't cure any ailments!
Rapscallion Raspberry: Sweet, creamy, fizzy with a tart raspberry flavor. Followed by a smooth finish. We are not responsible for what happens next.
Sunseeker Peach: Ripe peach flavor and bold hops set the mood for this summery ale.
Moonkeeper Mango: You're probably going to notice, but we love mangoes at the brewery! This flavourful ale is sweeter as it is a unique blend of mango juice and our Tavern Talk ale.
Bloodmoon: A mix of cranberry juice and a pale ale. This sweet and sour concoction is sure to make you howl.

House White: A dry, semi sweet wine is the perfect pairing to go with any shellfish. Served by the glass or the bottle

Liquors

All liquors are brewed in house. By our wonderful brewmasters. As well as taste tested by all of us!

House Whiskey: Our house special, with a caramel forward flavour, and a smokey, tobacco finish. Sweet and smokey as we like to describe it.
Garlean Spirit: An old recipe acquired from a sweet ol' grandmother of the north. This clear liquor served ice cold is sure to warm the cockles of your heart.
The Captain's Dark Rum: Rich, bold flavours. Excellent either on the rocks, or with a cola. We also carry our house regular rum.
Spellbound Spirits' Honeyed Mead: Our award winning mead is a recipe acquired by a Vieran friend. Sweet, deep flavours with lovely fizz.
Blue Moon Gin: Herbaceous, with a lovely pine smell on the nose. This exotic gin is dyed with blue pea flowers, giving it's regal blue appearance.
Spellbound Spirits' Sake: A recipe brought to use by our leader Cara Uzhas during her time in the far east. You can have a sweet or savoury version. Served either hot or cold.
Spellbound Spirits' Mezcal and Tequila: A new, recent editions to our family. Brought to us by our very own Captain Jak'ir Vonda. This smokey liquor from the New World is definitely on your drink list.
Coerthas Cognac: A beautiful brandy made from Ishgardian grapes inspired from the time the lands were green. Aged for six years in oak caskets, this special liquor is sure to make you feel classy.

Moonshines

Cara Uzhas' recipe from The Black Shroud. She brings us beautiful, strong liquor brewed by The Lover's moonlight, in the time honoured tradition like her ancestors brewed.

Silver Moonlight: Our base moonshine. Great for mixing, only good on the rocks if you are brave enough.
Banana Pudding: Creamy, full of banana flavor. This is for those who like their liquor smooth.
Apple Pie: Enough said! It's apple pie! But in a drink form. Cinnamon, apples? What's not to love?
Black Cherry: We had to include this lovely dark flavour of cherry, with hits of spices.
Mango: We've taken as many mangos as we can, and shoved them into a mason jar. Bursting with flavor.
Blood Orange: Our juicy sweet blood oranges grown in our orchard, infused with our house moonshine. It's a dangerous combination!
Honeyed Peaches: Do you have a sweet tooth? Well this Moonshine is the easiest of Cara's recipes to go down. Lovely notes of honey and peaches right on the palette as you sip. Delightful!
Mixed Berries: Strawberries! Blackberries! Blueberries! Raspberries! All crammed into one jar. This sweet and tart infusion is sure to leave the berry pickers happy!

Cocktails

Our house made cocktails inspired by the very bartenders that serve you!

Void Princess: Inspired by a dear friend, this cocktail is made from our Blue Moon Gin, mixed with a dash of simple syrup. And topped with ginger beer to give it a lovely purple colour, garnished with a mint.

The Staff

"Welcome to Spellbound Spirits. What can I get started for you?"

Cara 'Sova' Uzhas

Short, snarky and sarcastic. This is the face of Spellbound Spirits Brewing Co. Her love of gastronomy and cooking has led her to become a friendly face to all who enter the brewery. A loving mother of six, and doting wife. Cara is someone who always happy to chat over food and drink. Just don't piss her off. Her short stature may be deceiving to those foolish (or drunken) enough to cause a ruckus.

Revi Sovalis

Comforting, tenderhearted, and with a dash of sass, Revi is the head Brewer for Spellbound Spirits. Like her sister, she is a friendly face you could meet when you visit the brewery. She has a wide range in knowledge of brewing and liquor itself and showing a special love for Mezcal, a liquor from the New World. Don't let her soft demeanor fool you she is just as feisty as her older sister Cara.

Jak'ir 'Half-Tail' Vonda

Captain Jak'ir Vonda goes through life with a smile on his face. He usually has either a drink or sword in his hand following where the sea breeze takes him. Bringing him into the fold of Spellbound Spirits as their rumrunner. He will always be happy to chat and occasionally serve drinks. Just don't mention his short tail is all unless your looking for a fight with Captain Half Tail.

Millardo Uzhas

Not a fairytale prince but a former Sultansworn, he is kind and respectful to all who enters the doors to Spellbound Spirits. Loving husband and proud father he is eager to help if any come looking for a open hand.

Tran Covey

Tall, kind and rambunctious. These are a few of the words you could use to describe the Spellbound Spirits resident oddball inventor and traveling helper. While Tran's smile may light up a room, she isnt too commonly found around the Spirits, often out doing odd jobs and helping the Spellbound Spirits in other ways. Her creativity helps the company come up with the occasional new drink, and with making tools to make the other's jobs easier. Tran absolutely loves to chat, whether over a drink, food, or at her convenience. Though do be careful, as if you get her started, you might have trouble getting out.

J'skar Lartiet

Tall, quiet, watchful. He is a sword for hire whom acts almost like an Ishgardian knight. J'skar is an open book if one asks the gentle giant a question, perhaps he will gush about his love of Namazu, or talk about a past hunt he has done.

Mukura viator Wolfardine

Mukura Wolfardine, one third of a triumvirate of triplets, she is one of the daughters of our founder. She was originally an emotionless 'by the books' sort of person while in the service to the Empire of Garlemald. Eventually after serving as a Soldier for so long, she returned to her sisters and finally started to be herself once more, A 'Monster' Hunter with a love of her personalized Garlond Regalia 'Type VI of VII'. Scratch it and you may find yourself looking down the end of a gunblade.
